Fortune Green Dental Plan
We are pleased to offer a Dental Maintenance Plan which enables patients to spread the cost of their dental care.
For £20.00 per month patients receive 2 examinations, 2 hygiene visits and all necessary x-rays.
For £20.00 per month patients receive 2 examinations, 2 hygiene visits and all necessary x-rays.
They also receive 10% off all other dental treatment (specialist treatment excluded) + 15% off further hygiene appointments.
Children under 5 are free if 1 parent or carer is registered on the plan, £10.00 for children 5-18 and children also receive 30% off prices for further dental treatment. There are also discounts for families.
The plan encourages regular examinations, preventing problems before they occur in order to maintain good oral health. Please note that it may not be suitable for everyone to join the Codeplan (ie multiple implants etc). We encourage new patients to attend for a new patient exam first to assess wether joining the plan is beneficial.
